s888 | About Us — Bangladesh's Trusted Online Betting Platform

Our Story

How s888 Came to Bangladesh

In Bangladesh, cricket is more than a sport — it's a passion, a way of life. People gather to watch matches, debate with friends, and make their predictions. s888 was born from the idea of channeling that passion into a platform that's safe, transparent, and genuinely fun. In 2019, a team of specialists with international gaming experience came together to build this platform with one clear goal: to deliver a world-class betting experience for the people of Bangladesh.

S888 started out focused solely on cricket betting. But keeping pace with our members' needs, the platform grew steadily. Football, kabaddi, tennis — new sports were added one by one. Live Casino, slots, crash games — new doors of entertainment opened up. And with the integration of local payment methods like bKash, Nagad, and Rocket, reaching everyday users became effortless.

"We believe every player deserves respect, transparency, and security — that's the foundation s888 is built on."

That recognition comes from one simple reason: we never focused solely on business — putting the member experience first has always been our priority.

Every update and every new feature at s888 is built on member feedback. Our support team speaks Bangla because we know how much it matters to get help in your own language. It's these small things, added together, that make s888 what it is today.

What You Need to Know About s888

The online gaming and betting landscape in Bangladesh is changing fast. People no longer just enjoy matches at the stadium or in front of the TV — they want a digital experience too. s888 was built with exactly that need at its core. Three priorities shaped the platform from the very beginning: performing reliably on Bangladesh's network conditions, integrating seamlessly with local payment methods, and delivering a fully Bangla experience.

Many people have questions about s888's licensing. Curacao eGaming is one of the oldest and most recognized gaming regulatory authorities in the world. Obtaining this license requires strict financial transparency, cybersecurity standards, and fair gaming practices. s888 renews its license each year by going through this verification process all over again.

S888 stands in a league of its own among Bangladesh's online platforms when it comes to customer service. Our support team is fully fluent in Bangla and available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Live chat responses average under 2 minutes. You can also reach us by email or phone — Bangla support available across every channel.

Responsible gaming isn't just a regulatory checkbox for s888 — it's part of who we are. Every member can set their own daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits. Options for a temporary break or permanent self-exclusion are also available. If a member ever feels that gaming is having a negative impact on their life, our support team is ready to help in complete confidence.

S888's technical infrastructure is upgraded on a regular basis. The site maintains 99.95% server uptime — meaning downtime for maintenance is limited to just a few hours per year. CDN technology ensures fast loading from anywhere in Bangladesh. The app works on 3G networks too, with a low-bandwidth mode available to help save data.

Our greatest achievement is the trust of our members. Over 300,000 people use s888 every day — not because of advertising, but because once they try it, they keep coming back. Every withdrawal on time, every bonus as promised — that consistency is what s888 stands for.

FAQs

Questions About Your Account & Security

s888 takes responsible gaming seriously, which is why several options are available to members. If you'd like a temporary break, go to Account Settings and use the "Self-Exclusion" option to deactivate your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 6 months — during this period, you won't be able to log in, deposit, or place bets. If you'd like to permanently close your account, send an email to support@s888.bet or request an "Account Close" via live chat. After identity verification, your account will be closed within 48 hours. Make sure to withdraw any remaining balance before closing — balances left after closure are processed separately as a refund.

s888 uses multiple layers of protection to keep your personal information and funds secure. The entire site and app run on SSL/TLS encryption — you'll see the padlock icon in your browser's address bar. During transactions, your banking and personal details are protected by AES-256 encryption, the same standard used by military organizations worldwide. Member funds are held in a separate trust bank account, completely segregated from the company's operational finances. You can also enable two-factor authentication on your account for an extra layer of security. Your personal data is never sold or shared with third parties — this is explicitly stated in our Privacy Policy.
